Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

How The Software Works
We install the trading software on your computer remotely and show you how to use it. It interfaces with a top notch brokerage firm called TradeStation Securities based in Florida.  As your computer receives a constant stream of pricing data from the brokerage firm, the trading software calculates whether to enter or exit a trade based on the price movement. These decisions are all based on math and the decisions and executions involving trades are done instantly.  For example if the software determines it should exit a trade at specific price point, once that happens, the software fires off a command to the brokerage firm and the order is filled within 1-2 seconds.

We are not Financial Advisers and as such we do not make any recommendations. We offer our software to those who understand the risks and wish to use a disciplined approach to day trading. We use a mathematical formulas to determine if we are going to trade any of the three markets we specialize in, and we update the software daily with an optimization process and pass this information to customers each day after the market is closed.

Type of Trading We Do

Our software is designed for Day Trading. Take a look at our "How it Works" page to see examples.

Is It Easy To Use?
Yes, it takes only 2 minutes a day to set up the evening before.  It's so user friendly a 10 year old could do what is required.

What Are The Financial Requirements?
The minimum is $5,500 to open a Futures account with TradeStation Securities. Our software rents for $2500 annually. Some of our clients start with small amounts like this and others have much larger amounts in their account.

What Do We Trade?
The software is designed specifically for day trading the Russell, S&P and Nasdaq futures.

How Are Futures?
Futures trade just like a stock, but each futures market represent a basket of stocks. Futures are traded in number of contracts rather than number of shares for stocks. Futures are more leveraged, which allows for greater profit potential with less capital. Our trading software is designed for three futures markets. You can elect to just trade one, two or all three depending on how much trading capital you have.

The NQ is the Nasdaq futures

The TF is the Russell 2000 futures

The ES is the S&P futures

Software Performance History
Over the past 5 years our software earned an annual average of 69% return on capital.
These performance figures are based on trading 2 contracts using an account with $10,000. Of course we can't guarantee future profits, and it's possible you could lose money. See our disclosure statement below.

Potential Profit and Loss
Our trading software has a built in Maximum Daily Loss feature to protect the bulk of your trading capital. For example, the most it would typically lose on any given day might be between $300-$620 per contract, and of course it's possible to have multiple losing days. Historically, our worst month lost 50% on capital and some months had over a 100% gain. These swings in account value are indicative of trading with a lot of leverage.  Using a larger percentage of capital in relation to the size of the position would lower the volatility in the account but typically also lower your return on capital.

Can I Over Ride the Software?
You can choose to use the software to signal you to enter and exit trades manually but we learned that most customers are better off using the software in fully automated mode to let it make all trading executions automatically.  After using the software  now in our 4th year, we have yet to see a customer nor few Wall St.  pros beat it's performance. The benefits of automated trading are obvious;  a highly disciplined strategy that eliminates the emotional aspects of trading and the additional advantage of allowing the customer to do other things with their time.

How many trades the Trading software average per day?
Our software will make 1-3 trades per day.

What is the commission and exchange fee cost per trade?
$5 per round trip per contract

How do I get started?
We have a specific instructions on How To Get Started. Send us an email and ask for it.

What kind of equipment is required?
Most any recent vintage (within 4 years old) PC computer should be adequate. The system requirements are available on the TradeStation Securities website.  It is important to have a reliable high speed Internet service provider.

Since the TradeStation Securities trading platform doesn't require much memory, nor does our software, many clients simply let the trading take place in the background while they do other tasks on their computer. Others prefer to have just one computer devoted specifically for trading, and use another for their other needs.

How much does the trading software cost?
We offer our software for $2,500 on a annual subscription basis for trading the NQ, TF and ES futures. We accept only payment by check to:
